Job Responsibilities

. Performing investment research and conducting risk assessment

. Offer investment advice to the management and develop investment strategies

. Client acquisition through various prospecting strategies

. Proactively participate in business development/client acquisition activities

. Keeping abreast of current events, critical issues and relevant news

. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Economics, Finance or equivalent, professional certifications such as CFA would be beneficial

. 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment advisory. Prior experience in the real estate industry and/or the financial sector would be advantageous

. Understanding of the real estate project developmental cycle will be beneficial

. Excellent financial, capital operation, project appraisal and investment decision-making skills

. Good understanding of the laws governing investment practices in China

. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with management effectively

. High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure

. Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin due to coverage requirements
