Business Development and Marketing
- Primary responsibility will be to provide expert investment advice and guidance to clients
- Solicit new customers and increase product penetration in existing base, work collectively with relationship managers to expand client base.
- Participate and support consumer sales marketing activities for customers acquisition and retention
- Cross-sell to existing bank customers to expand customers share of wallet
- Organize, execute and participate in sales activities and joint appointments with Sales Managers
- Promote the Bank's investment or insurance products
Client relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients understanding their investment goal, risk appetite and financial needs.
- Provide regular updates on investment performance, discuss market trends and address client's enquiries and concerns
- Develop personalized investment strategies aligned with client's objectives and risk profiles
- Analyze financial market, economic trends, industry developments and make informed investment recommendations a adjustments to client portfolio
- Market Research and training
- Stay abreast of market trends economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies and client portfolios
- Provide support and relevant training and discussion to relationship managers
Compliance and Regulations
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and Bank's internal policies related to investment advisory service.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of clients interactions, investment recommendations and any relevant compliance documentation
Formal Education:
- Degree in Banking/Business Administration/Economics
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking preferably with experience in investment or insurance products
- High achiever in previous capacity with no adverse sales or service related complaints in the past 12 months
