Conduct financial modeling, risk assessments, and market analysis for business expansion projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
Support C-level executives in formulating and executing growth strategies.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to inform corporate strategies.
Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts and other documents related to such acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic partnerships.
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks preferred. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment with company goals
