Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies for Investments- Prepare management reports and board papers
Evaluate and structure real estate deals and manage the deal execution process including due diligence, negotiation and structuring
- Sourcing, evaluating and closing of financing from new/existing lenders
Monitoring and analysing investment performance- Support business development efforts for investment and development opportunities
Prepare investment proposals including cash flow and financial analysis, presentation and approval papers
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years (Senior Analyst) / 3 years (Manager) of relevant experience in real estate industry,- Preferably with experience in hospitality, and experience in healthcare will be an added advantage.
Familiar with real estate markets
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
* Knowledge and past experiences in similar Real Estate / Investment and Asset Management roles is a bonus
