Investment Specialist

We are currently working with a Real Estate Investment Management Firm and they are looking to expand their Investment team here in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Support with deal origination and evaluation of potential investment opportunities within the Real Estate space.
• Conduct financial analysis and financial modelling.
• Assist with the deal execution process, including market research, analysis, due diligence, underwriting etc.
• Support in managing portfolios and funds related to assets.
• Help to prepare various investment materials (i.e. presentations, documents)

Requirements:

• At least 3 to 10 years or prior experience in the Real Estate space.
• Self-motivated and wants to be part of a growing team.
• Comfortable to work in a lean team set-up.
