INVESTOR RELATIONS | LARGE PUBLIC LISTED TECHNOLOGY GROUP

Our Client is an known large listed Consumer Technology group where its shareholders consist of large sophisticated institutions, funds and the informed retail public. The Group has a successful track record as a listed company with diverse revenue streams, where it is closely watched by international analysts. The Group carefully manages its relationships with these stakeholders through their Investor Relations (IR) function with members working and coordinating across key capital market centres.

The Investor Relations team is a key ally to the Executive Committee. It is responsible for building trust with the investment community with a view to effectively communicate the financial performance and growth strategies. This include planning to executing the IR strategy through mastery of the Group's financials, capital market trends as well as competitor intelligence. The senior hire shall also manage the operational flow of running a full service IR function with close access to the most senior management.

The ideal profile should be a current/former TMT (or relatable) equity analyst, ECM banker, and/or come from a good pedigree of corporate finance literacy gained within an in-house IR function.
