About the company
We are partnering with a subsidiary of one of South Korea largest corporation with strong focus on asset management, insurance and securities. They are looking to expand its business into the digital asset sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise with senior management to establish objectives, timelines and strategies for digital asset initiatives
- Identify prospective investors and develop customised marketing and communication strategies
- Manage the issuance and distribution process for digital assets, ensuring robust security protocols to protect token transactions and investor data
- Actively engage with potential and existing investors to address inquiries, provide essential information and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the digital asset ecosystem
- Oversee post-issuance activities, including token trading on secondary markets and maintaining ongoing investor relations. Ensure compliance with all relevant compliance with securities regulations
- Represent and present investment opportunities to intermediaries at the South Korean HQ
Skill and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector
- Strong understanding of the financial markets and terminology
- Keen interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and security tokens
- Ability to lead long-term business initiatives and manage interactions with diverse stakeholders, particularly in South Korea
- Native-level fluency in both English and Korean is a must
- Familiarity with planning and executing Security Token Offerings (STO) or equivalent fund raising initiatives is highly advantageous
