Element has an opportunity for an
Invoicing Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. This is a great opportunity to develop your Accounting / Finance career within a Global Testing, Inspection & Certification business.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving client queries and liaising with the Client for invoice arrangements.
This role in based at Tuas South, Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all invoices / billing are generated and issued in accordance with clients arrangements on a timely basis.
- Resolve client queries and liaise with the Client for Purchase orders and invoice arrangements
- Responsible for any invoicing queries and liaise with internal teams where applicable
- Provide regular reporting of invoices
- Support auditing requirements along with the general administration duties
Skills / Qualifications
- Educated to graduate level or equivalent and experienced in a reporting / finance role including raising invoices
- Ability to communicate on all levels and able to operate under pressure and work to meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, including accurate data entry skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis
- Good ERP system skills and adequate knowledge of MS Office including Excel
