In Charge of setting up Laptops for users and user PC software installation and assist users to setup their mobile devices for Outlook email and Microsoft Teams meeting

Taking charge of working with vendors to resolve IT hardware failures and proprietary software issues and preparing documentation for IT software installation, troubleshooting steps, server rack and network diagram
In Charge of attending to end users requests and resolve their PC/laptop hardware and software issues either onsite or remotely and performing of Preventive Maintenance including all office laptops and pc
Taking charge of working with the IT Team for project implementation and ring central maintenance
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Level 1 &2 Technical Support and experience in Microsoft Office application and servers
