IT Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

. Responsible for maintenance of IT infrastructure.

. Co ordinate and implement new systems to expand existing infrastructure

. Day-to-day troubleshooting of PCs, servers and network

. Liaise with external vendors for servicing and support of IT infrastructure

. Coordinating and implementing of new equipment / systems

. Assist in the setting up of IT equipment for club events

. Maintenance of IT infrastructure including patching, updating, AV scanning, and backups

. Maintenance of IT infrastructure including:

• Network - LAN, Wireless, VOIP etc
• Hardware - Club2000e and various modules, Active Directory, Terminal Server, WSUS, Firewall, VOIP, Mail, Web etc
• Software - Operating Systems, Software Products, Software Licenses.

. Provide advice to internal departments on new and existing IT-related equipment

. Record and write minutes of meetings for IT sub-committee

. Provide related IT training to staff

. Any ad-hoc work as assigned by IT Snr Manager/General Manager

Requirements

. Minimum Diploma

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

. Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security

. Good interpersonal and communications skills

. Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills

. Ability to identify issues, recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems and manage issues effectively
