Conduct installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing troubleshooting of staff workstation/laptop hardware and software.
Design and maintain detailed training manuals to support efficient onboarding and ongoing professional development for staff members and additionally, contribute to preparing meeting materials for statutory or organisational meetings.
Oversee and ensure the security and integrity of office IT systems and server platforms, mitigate potential threats and safeguard sensitive data. Identify and address potential areas of improvement.
Maintain accurate inventory records of software licenses, manage user accounts and access control to ensure compliance and facilitate efficient asset management.
Conduct PDPA training tasks, including introductions to phishing and spyware prevention.
Prepare IT support forms using various formats such as Word, PDF, Excel, charts, and PowerPoint presentations.
Assist in preparing meeting materials including slides, videos, reports, tables, and other relevant documentation.
Collaborate closely with internal and external vendors ensuring seamless functionality of internal processes and bolstering overall IT efficiency.
Deliver prompt and effective first-level technical support to end-users, adeptly troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
Perform additional duties as requested by HR Manager and Director of Operation, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Job Requirements:
Minimum ITE Certs or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in end-user support (hardware & software).
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and common business applications.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Basic understanding of software development and networks.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Knowledge of IT administration best practices and system security, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
A committed and responsible team player with a good attitude to learning new challenges and also able to work independently.
