- Install, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot staff workstation/ laptop hardware, software, etc
- Maintain & monitor office IT Security and Server Security (Windows Platform)
- Configuration and Troubleshooting of Firewall system, LAN and Wireless Network issue
- Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
- Creating user accounts and performing access control
- Inventory Management of software licenses
- Maintaining phone and attendance system with external vendors
- Provide IT and office maintenance support to all staff when needed
- Any other duties as and when directed by the Senior Management and IT Manager
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or any related field
- Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security with at least 1-2 years of desktop, helpdesk or IT experience
- Good analytical skills, problem-solving and time management
- Good communication skills
- A committed and responsible team player with good attitude to learn new challenges and also able to work independently
