IT Application Support (Govt Sector)

Job Description:

• Provide centralisation and related services for the official passports. This includes assisting employees with the withdrawal and return of the passports, safekeep and perform regular stocktake of the passports, as well as tracking of expiry dates.
• Operate the mail despatch services. This includes performing the administration actions required to receive incoming and outgoing mails, as well as ensure safe storage and tracking of the physical mails.
• Drive process improvements and system efficiency enhancements
• Develop methods to input, maintain and extract data from software.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Singapore Citizen/PR
• Diploma in IT / Computer Science/ Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience

• 5 Years Contract (Renewable up to 5+5 years)
• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
