IT AUDIT LEAD (ASSISTANT MANAGER) | GLOBAL REAL ESTATE

Our client is a renowned global real estate player with a rich history and diverse business segments encompassing residential properties, commercial properties, hospitality, and serviced apartments, with operations worldwide.

They are looking to hire an IT Audit lead to complement their team based in Singapore. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on IT audits, reviews, and advisory work, leveraging data analytics to identify control gaps and improve internal controls, with additional ad-hoc IT consultancy and investigative responsibilities.

They are keen to speak to experienced IT auditors who have a solid understanding of internal controls and corporate governance, strong analytical, problem-solving, and data intuition skills, and are proficient in data analytics techniques.

Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, and PMP are preferred. Experience with analytical/visualization tools such as R, SAS, ACL, Tableau and databases such as Oracle, SQL is desirable.
