IT Business Analyst

You will be working with one of the regional leading technology consulting companies in Singapore.

Your new role
As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and recommending IT solutions
• Liaising between IT teams and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including specifications, workflows, and user manuals
• Assisting in system testing and user training to ensure successful implementation
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
• Project experience in Government project, especially application projects will be highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Cloud technology is a plus
