Business Analyst (Salesforce)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst (Salesforce) to bridge the gap between business needs and Salesforce technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Work closely with developers and Salesforce administrators to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Develop user stories, workflows, and wireframes to illustrate solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure quality delivery.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce capabilities and recommend best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst) are a plus.
