We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our team. The role will focus on automating and enhancing business reporting processes using ERP data while also leading and contributing to improvement projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data analysis, ERP systems, and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting systems to extract and transform ERP data into customized business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting needs, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.
- Create real-time dashboards and visual reports to aid decision-making.
- Drive and participate in improvement projects that streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all automated reporting solutions.
- Identify and propose process optimization opportunities, implementing them in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure the digital innovation / transformation journey and project implementation
- Resolve technical issues related to data reporting, system integration, and project implementation.
- Coordinate with the IT team on software and hardware projects to ensure cohesive system support.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in IT/Computer science or its equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in project management and applications support.
- Good working knowledge of enterprise IT applications, SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Sales Order, and MRP applications.
- Previous project implementation experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to learn applications and processes quickly, while adaptable to change
- Excellent teamwork and analytical skills.
