We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our consultancy team and collaborate on delivering cutting-edge IT solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects, aligning IT strategies with business goals, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly and work closely with business units to ensure alignment on projects and overall service delivery.
- Contribute to IT projects by ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhering to internal processes and standards, including IT security protocols and SDLC frameworks.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design discussions, SIT, UAT, user training, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborate with software architects, vendors, team members, and business stakeholders to coordinate efforts and deliver projects efficiently.
- Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues while proactively preventing escalations.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, industry disruptions, and innovative technologies to support and enhance business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 4-5 years of technology experience with strong business analysis skills.
- Familiarity with how hospitality systems integrate to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Knowledge of creating tender documents, evaluating tenders, and managing contracting processes is advantageous.
- Proven ability to facilitate business users in defining problem statements, articulating business outcomes, and driving process re-engineering or business transformation.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing projects using agile methodologies is preferred.
