IT Coordinator [East / Customer Service]

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government agencies on delivery matters
• Organize daily delivery schedules for in-house drivers
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and IT departments on after-sales issues
• Maintain asset inventory and data records accurately
• Coordinate client relocations and arrange transportation with the in-house driver team
• Schedule IT engineers for on-site cryptographic erasure and verification, followed by equipment collection from agencies
• Prepare and submit monthly reports for each tender
• Send reminder emails to agencies 3, 2, and 1 month prior to the lease expiry to facilitate equipment returns before the end-of-lease date
• Assist with any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager
• Manage incoming calls and email inquiries from corporate customers

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused and able to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Enjoys engaging with people and building strong rapport
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
