IT & Cybersecurity Specialist

Responsibilities

. Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware

. Oversee the migration to and management of the Azure environment

. Administer and support the MS365 environment

. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

. Provide technical support and training to employees.

. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

. Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.

. Stay updated with the latest IT and cybersecurity trends and technologies

Minimum Qualifications

. Minimum 3 years proven experience in managing IT Infrastructure and/or cybersecurity

. Strong knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments

. Familiarity with network and server management

. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

. Strong communication and collaboration skills

. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
