What we seek to accomplish together:

This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers, you will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.

Responsibilities:

. Provide Desktop Support services to users.

. This entails receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively addressing end-user help requests, as well as escalating incidents when necessary to uphold customer satisfaction and meet SLA expectations.

. Conduct troubleshooting for issues encountered by users.

. Carry out asset inventories.

. Facilitate technical escalations to third-party vendors or resolver groups when appropriate.

. Update incident records.

. Create and revise work instructions as needed.

. Document standards and procedures where applicable.

A little about you:

. Minimum ITE/Diploma graduate with at least one year of experience in desktop support.

. At least one year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.

. Proficient in spoken and written English.

. Hold at least one of the following certifications or their equivalents:

. Demonstrate knowledge in supporting workstations and related components.

. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

. Excellent coordination abilities.

. Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and work with a sense of urgency.

. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
