- Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent knowledge and experience with following systems (must be with expert knowledge on following) :
o Veritas Enterprise Vault (must have)
o Veritas MERGE1 (Good to have)
o PowerShell /Python Scripting (Must have)
Good knowledge of Project management.
- Qualifications and Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment
Experience in an investment banking-focus business
Experience of large organizations (matrix with local & functional reporting lines)
Fluency in English
ITIL trained and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Other Value-Added Competencies:
Knowledge of any other eComm archiving tool (e-discovery, Compliance & Discovery Accelerator).
Knowledge of SQL
Mature, independent, well organized with excellent communication skills (written, spoken, presentations)
Exposed to multi-cultural environment (SG/ HK/JP/IN/FR/UK/US) and able to work as part of a Global team
Quick thinker and Good decision-maker
Analytical, detail -oriented and self-motivated
Tough mindset, able to work under pressure and extended hours
