IT Engineer Associate

. Provide hardware support and services to colleagues.

. Manage basic stock of IT equipment and place orders as necessary.

. Possess knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (ADDS) and Firewall Administration, particularly with Sophos.

. Offer hands-on assistance with system setup onsite or guide users through the process remotely.

. Assist with installation and integration processes, address security issues, and manage program upgrades.

. Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting via phone or chat.

. Attend to various ad-hoc IT support requests as needed.
