IT Engineer (Infra| VMware)

Responsibilities:

• Manage VMware and Vcenter environments
• Configure and manage Meraki switches/access points and Fortigate firewalls
• Maintain Windows servers and work with MS-SQL and IIS servers to support vendor development projects and generate queries for reports
• Maintain Windows workstations and laptops
• Oversee backup and recovery processes, and implement disaster recovery plans
• Collaborate with HQ to ensure compliance with IT standards, including updating ISO documentation as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Proficient in managing Windows servers and workstations
• Experience with VMware and Vcenter
• Familiarity with Meraki and Fortigate products
• Skilled in SQL and IIS server management
• Experience in installing and configuring Office 365
