Job Description

About the Role:

He / She will be providing daily IT Helpdesk service, and any related applications support to StarMed and HMI Group of entities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software problems, including network issues, operating systems, and applications.
  2. Provide step-by-step guidance to users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  3. Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members or external vendors when necessary.
  4. Documentation of all change requests, inventory, and new setups.
  5. Participates in the IT planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implements tracking and evaluation programs to assist in the accomplishment of established goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Nice to have knowledge on the healthcare industry such as Clinic Management Systems (CMS), Radiology PACS systems, Operation Theatre (OT) systems, Endoscopy systems etc
  • Is a team player and can work independently when required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week, office hours.
