IT Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support to end-users on IT related issues.
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates.
• Create and manage user accounts.
• Report network interruptions and server outages.
• Monitor and maintain backup of critical IT systems.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in IT or related fields.
• Able to work independently or in a team with good interpersonal skills.
