The responsibilities and duties would involve a mix of some of the below:
- User Support and Management on all deployed MS 365 applications (Email, Office, Teams, etc) with aim for effective and quick problem resolution.
- Helpdesk Management including coordination of third-party service providers, monitoring of metrics and SLA achievement and implementing improvements
- Install, configure, upgrade, and deploy of computer system, tablet, software, etc.
- IT Onboarding/Offboarding for new staff/departing staff - hardware and software provisioning and collection/disabling upon exit.
- Identity Management (AD account and MS 365 Entra), Access Management (Windows permissions and rights, MS 365 Entra and security), License Management.
- Form good user relations by cultivating trust and building good rapport with users.
- Asset tracking including documentation across lifecycle from procurement to disposal
- Collaboration and management of 3rd party providers to oversee service delivery, performance metrics, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Other duties in support of main responsibilities include (but are not limited to) participation in project rollout, support of agency events, purchasing administration, documentation, test and evaluate emerging technologies
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field Diploma holders with more than 2 years relevant experience will be considered.
- Well versed with Windows 10/11, Windows AD, MS Azure/Entra, MS 365 Environment and Applications.
- Experienced with managing helpdesk services and 3rd party providers
- Knowledge in networking technologies such as SD-WAN, UTM, VLANs, and wireless technologies.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills team player who can work independently
- Open to taking on new challenges and acquiring new knowledge
- Experienced with IT System Management (ITSM) and Windows Server Administration will be an added advantage.
