• About the Role:

He / She will be providing daily IT Helpdesk service, and any related applications support to StarMed and HMI Group of entities.

• Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including network issues, operating systems, and applications.

• Provide step-by-step guidance to users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members or external vendors when necessary.

• Documentation of all change requests, inventory, and new setups.

Participates in the IT planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); implements tracking and evaluation programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.

• Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry.

• Nice to have knowledge on healthcare industry such as Clinic Management Systems (CMS), Radiology PACS system, Operation Theatre (OT) system, Endoscopy system etc

Is a team player and can work independently when required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week, office hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
