Job Responsibilities:

• Provide user assistance and support.
• Install, set up, and maintain desktop operating systems and software applications.
• Perform basic administration of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019).
• Manage basic administrative tasks in Microsoft 365.

Requirements:

• Basic networking skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Experience with Window Desktop OS
• Basic experience with Window Server OS
• Basic experience with Microsoft 365
