- Provide IT support remotely or in-person.
- Provide professional services in all aspects of day to day IT Operation, with primary focus on
the desktop layer. This includes problems resolution, problems escalation and incident
management.
- Work closely with the Customers IT team to ensure the smooth running of operations in order
to support the main business function.
- Adhere to Customer IT policies and migration procedures as well as Customer corporate
procedures.
- Handle ad-hoc IT projects from time-to-time.
- Take responsibility when assigned with core duties as appropriate.
- Interaction with Clients/Contractors with IT support provided as per contractual obligations.
- Perform PC inventory.
- Basic server and networking support.
Skill Set:
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post
- Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or
- equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- In-depth personal computing experience, meticulous, and precise.
- Relevant and adequate experience in delivering professional services for desktop operation
- maintenance and management.
- Multitasking ability. Willing to learn and acquire new skill set from time to time as it becomes
- available.
- Knowledge and experience managing Windows Operating System, iOS, (Windows 10 is a
plus)
