Mission Description
Oversee and manage record management systems and related components.
Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation efforts to enhance monitoring, efficiency, reliability, capacity, and quality of IT services.
Ensure the smooth operation of infrastructure and services, aligning with business requirements.
Plan and execute projects from initiation to completion, providing regular updates on progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
Manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) aspects for the area, including defining SLAs, reporting, and creating dashboards.
Adhere to organizational guidelines, particularly IT Security and Global IT Governance, and ensure architectural validation.
Monitor and proactively manage incidents, developing strategies to minimize their occurrence.
Develop and implement procedures and IT controls for the area.
Profile Requirement
At least 6 years of experience in managing complex IT infrastructure environments.
Expertise in record management systems (e.g., Veritas Enterprise Vault, Veritas MERGE1) and proficiency in PowerShell/Python scripting.
Strong knowledge of project management and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
