We are looking for a candidate with server and network experience.
As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and support for our end users. Your expertise will be essential in managing various IT systems, applications, and platforms, facilitating effective data exchange, and safeguarding sensitive information against security threats and compliance issues.
Responsiblities:
- Provide expert end-user support for hardware and software issues, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and antivirus solutions.
- Maintain and administer servers and all IT-related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT asset tracking, software licenses, user manuals, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate on end-user projects, including hardware and software refreshes, upgrades, and new implementations to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, covering various operating systems, cloud, virtualization and networking
- Strong technical proficiency in operating systems, particularly Windows Servers and Linux.
- Experience with cloud technologies, including Office 365, Azure, and AWS.
- Familiarity with virtualization infrastructures such as Hyper-V and VMware.
- Knowledge of networking devices, including Cisco and Aruba equipment.
- Good understanding of firewall technologies, specifically Palo Alto and CheckPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
