Monitor and oversee the entire IT operation and ensure all day-to-day activities are addressed according to the requirements.
Ensure corporate applications, systems, networks, and digital assets are adequately protected and mitigated against cyber threats and risks.
Review and improve the IT risk management, governance and compliance.
Ensure high availability of IT services and perform regular backup of business data and application systems.
Review and enhance IT policies, standards, guidelines and best practices.
Design, setup, configure and troubleshoot network systems.
Responsible for internal IT Infrastructure System (hardware, software, application, IT related cloud functions).
Accountable for coordination, status reporting and ensuring the technical infrastructure and system resources are delivered on time adhereing to high quality standards.
Lead for IT Operation related projects for current and new initiatives.
Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the IT infrastructure field. Proven track record of handling IT operations and data security.
