- Define and implement a comprehensive programme management framework, including tools, templates, and systems, to meet cost, time, and quality objectives, and ensure adherence through regular performance measurements and corrective actions.
- Review and guide the integrated programme plan to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery, while setting expectations for periodic reviews, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor programme progress, mentor junior staff in corrective actions, build strong client relationships, manage client escalations, and make informed trade-off decisions to align deliverables with client goals.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and work allocations foster staff development through coaching and performance management and ensure alignment with organizational goals and policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of functional experience in SAP FICO & S/4 HANA
- Proven track record in engaging end-users and successfully implementing projects to enhance operational efficiency.
