Job Description:

- Responsible administering and optimizing CRM System to support the commercial division.

- Customise and maintain ( optimizing compex workflow/ managing) CRM platform

- Develop training and documents for end user/ guides

- ensure CRM platform is working efficiently

Job Responsibilities:

- Bachelor Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Business

- Proven experience in CRM admin and configuration

- Power BI and other data visualization software

- 4 to 5 years related working experience

- Experience in SAP or other ERP system intergration

- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakesholder.

- Complete at least 1-3 full implementation project.
