Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of IT project from initiation to completion, ensuring all project phases are executed according to plan and timeline discussed.
Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between customer, contract manager and internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements are accurately captured and communicated.
Vendor Management: Work closely with IT vendor to track project progress, address any issues, and ensure deliverables meet the agreed-upon specifications and timelines.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, including task assignments, deadlines, and milestones. Track progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including customers, contract manager, IT vendor, and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication and ensure all parties are informed of project status and updates.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or objectives. Work with the contract manager, vendors, and team to develop mitigation strategies.
Resource Allocation: Assist in managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure project needs are met.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that any deviations are addressed promptly.
Support: Provide administrative support to contract managers and teams, including organizing meetings, IT project trainings, preparing presentations, and handling project-related inquiries.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Information Technology.
Minimum 3 years related experience
Familiarity with Server administration and switches configuration.
Basic understanding of cyber-security
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Ability to support PCs/Printers/Projectors/IT Peripherals Setup and Maintenance
