IT On-Site Support Desktop Engineers (West)

The team provides IT support for employees and manages the IT Concierge and operate on-site.

Job Description:

• Support end user onsite and remotely to resolve IT related issues daily
• Manage IT assets
• Manage IT hardware tokens
• Manage IT accounts
• Manage IT provisioning and IT induction on new hires first day of work
• Data destruction / Data Degaussing
• Support rollout of IT projects / initiatives e.g. coordination with stakeholders and employees, data progress tracking.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• A relevant Diploma or Nitec Cert with relevant IT experience
• Required to rotate within the 3 locations around the central and north-west areas.

Other Information:

• Yearly Performance Bonus
• Duration: 1 Year (renewable)
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
