Key responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end asset inventory from forecasting, procurement, allocation and reclamation.
. Responsible for continuous review and improvement of the on and off-boarding process for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
. Accountable and responsible for administrative tasks related to on-boarding and off-boarding such as,
o Joiner documentation and tracking o Asset allocation and tracking
o Leaver documentation and tracking
o Monitoring of issuance and revocation of access pass, laptops, LAN IDs and application access
o Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports related to the on and off-boarding process
o Liaise with hiring managers and other PMOs for logistics related the on and off-boarding process
. Responsible for fixed asset tracking tasks such as change in asset ownership, cost centre and fixed asset inventory stock take.
. Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team to raise purchase requests for business cards, stationary, aircon and other property related issues.
. Manage and support floor logistics such as office equipment, stationary, documentation destruction, sorting of mail, courier services and approvals for division head.
Key skills required:
. IT PMO or IT related experience
. Microsoft software knowledge - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
. Project management and Procurement process knowledge
