Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support and design IT solutions with the sales team, vendors, and partners.
- Develop and deliver technical designs, proposals, tenders, and solutions promptly to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure technical compliance and validate integrated solutions across multiple products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and products to offer expertise through presentations and demonstrations.
- Consult with prospective customers to create viable solutions and coordinate with the post-sales team for successful implementation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in LAN, WAN, SDN, NFV, network security, wireless technologies, cloud solutions and enterprise technologies.
- Familiarity with public sector projects is a plus.
