Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
Develop plans and schemes for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing scheme
Build up and maintain the inventory of all current and upcoming supplies
Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, commercial terms, and price options
Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
Work with IT solution team and propose good solutions from commercial perspective, ensure out-coming high quality products/supplies
Participate in negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, and verify the best option from suppliers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree of business administration, accounting or related field is preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
Knowledge of commercial relationship build-up and procurement techniques/process
Talent in negotiations and networking
Strong analytical skill, accurate and precise attention to details
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
Good resource of supplier solutions is added advantage
Work experience in IT Suppliers/IT industry is added advantage
Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
Has passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
