IT Project and Test Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with application development teams and agile squads to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and team members, ensuring transparent communication of project progress and issues.
• Monitor the progress of projects and assist in preparing detailed project status reports.
• Manage and maintain essential project management documents, including project plans, budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts, as directed by the project manager.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality, security, and compliance standards, supporting governance requirements.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to platform and project financials for stakeholders.
• Responsible for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and preparation.
• Collaborate with business functions to ensure comprehensive user test cases are created and documented.
• Schedule and facilitate SIT/UAT meetings and calls to drive testing processes forward.
• Coordinate testing activities within projects, including bug tracking, resolution, retesting, and regression testing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management within the financial services sector.
• Solid experience in managing project financials and budget reporting.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking, fixing, retesting, and regression testing processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
