Job Description:
. Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment installations, service, maintenance and repairs
. Maintain IT equipment asset movement
. Provide IT assistance and user training
. Strictly adhere and preserve confidentiality of all IT information
. Complies with companywide policies and procedures.
. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and policies.
. Perform basic software, portals and application support such as user accounts administration, application updates and upgrades and user training and guides on how to use.
. Provides first line support for IT needs on events, trainings and troubleshooting and technical support.
. Manages IT and Helpdesk email for urgent requests for support
. Any other responsibilities as assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
. Basic knowledge of IT equipment, troubleshooting, and user support.
. Familiarity with IT asset management and vendor coordination is a plus.
