IT Project Executive

Job Descriptions

. Foster strong relationships with vendors while ensuring that project implementations meet quality standards.

. Manage the project implementation plan identify the scope of project deliverables at each project milestone monitor progress & change requests take preventive/corrective action whenever necessary.

. Keep track of project deliverables according to the project timeline and taking proactive measures when needed.

. Oversee UAT process to ensure successful and timely project delivery, aligning precisely with departments expectations.

. Prepare a variety of project documentation, including Minutes of Meeting, Training and User Manuals, Release Notes, and Project Status Reports. Clearly articulate and document business requirements. Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business.

. 1-2 years experience in the IT industry is preferred.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge about Adobe Commerce and Odoo is a plus.

. Organized, meticulous, and always approach tasks with a positive attitude.

. Strong administrative skills and a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, and project standards.
