IT Project Lead/Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT Application Technology projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Plan and adapt projects to meet changing requirements and manage risks.
• Create and manage timelines, deliverables, and daily activities.
• Report on project status, financials, risks, and issues to management.
• Handle procurement, quotations, invoicing, and contracts.
• Manage project costs and monitor financial impacts of changes.
• Identify, report, and manage project risks and issues.
• Engage and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure project support.
• Develop and maintain a resource plan, defining roles and responsibilities for team members.
• Review and track testing and compliance.

Requirements:

• An IT or relevant degree
• At least 2 years of IT project leadership/coordination/management experience
• Experience in banking and software applications
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• Problem solver and effective communicator
• PMP certification is advantageous
