IT Project Manager - Payment Industry

We are hiring experienced IT Project Managers to deliver projects for a leading FinTech client within Singapore's digital transaction landscape. In this role, you will oversee the deployment of next-generation POS terminals, managing each project from planning through to successful delivery and ongoing support. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the FinTech or payments industry, with a strong background in managing projects related to merchant terminals and digital transaction solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project cycle for merchant terminal deployments, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and merchant partners to align project goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitor project resources, and resolve project-related issues to meet milestones.
• Provide post-implementation support and facilitate training for merchants to ensure seamless operation.
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in IT project management, specifically within the payment industry and with experience deploying merchant terminals.
• Skills:
  Proficient in electronic payment solutions, POS systems, and related technologies.
  Exceptional project management skills with familiarity in project management tools and methodologies.
  Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards within the payment industry.
