Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in web and frontend development. This role will oversee project delivery, team coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful execution of web and frontend projects.
The ideal candidate is required to show strong project management skills with an understanding of frontend development processes, frameworks, and tools, to ensure that the team delivers high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Central
- Salary Package: Up to $8500 (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance to deliver responsive and optimized web solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements, providing regular project updates, and managing expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement testing processes to ensure high standards for frontend performance and usability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in web or frontend development.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a web development or digital environment.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
