IT Risk Manager

Exciting opportunity to join a financial institution as an IT Risk Manager, covering Singapore and multiple countries across the APAC region.

This role is based in Singapore, kindly note that only candidates currently working in Singapore will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities, including risk reporting, audit support, and risk acceptance reviews across APAC branches.
• Manage regulatory compliance efforts such as MAS Cyber Hygiene, RMiT gap analysis, and follow-up on questionnaires and circulars.
• Advise technology units on risk, control, and regulatory matters while assisting with risk remediation and control assessments.
• Support the creation and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and contribute to IT policies and processes management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk, control, or audit within the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of cyber risk management and ability to assess and improve controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills CISSP or CISM certification is a plus.
