Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients pain points, objectives, and IT infrastructure requirements.
- Solution Presentation: Craft compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase Ricoh products and solutions, highlighting their features, benefits, and alignment with client needs.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions to address client requirements and deliver value.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and navigate the sales process to successfully close deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and continuously identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress against targets and provide regular reporting to management on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics.
Requirements / Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or in related fields.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in IT solutions or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, meeting room solutions and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Certifications in ITIL, Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
