Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls to schedule meetings with potential clients and prospects.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Create and provide sales quotes to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales.
- Set sales goals through effective forecasting.
- Offer support, information, and guidance to customers.
- Establish sales forecasts and review personal sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to build strong relationships.
- Work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in executing the sales strategy outlined by the Sales Manager, including tactics for promoting repeat business and upselling.
- Work with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain and update the customer and partner/supplier database as needed.
- Track the progress of all inquiries and compile a monthly report as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a customer-centric manner.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of IT industry and its products and services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach
- Matured, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets
- Highly Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
- Meticulous, detailed, resourceful and result oriented
- To work with high energy, self-responsibility and determination
- Be cost consciousness, positive and enthusiastic
- Be confident yet reassuring manner with clients always
- Be well-organized skill and persistence in completing tasks on time
- Be pleasant and highly customer oriented
- Be conscious and sensitive to business practices
- Be practical and realistic: Responds quickly to customers and demonstrates efficiency
- Good presentation skills and time management
- Good telephone and face-to-face personal skills are essential.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant sales experience
- Must possess at least GCE O / A / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
- Candidates without sales experience are welcome
