Job Responsibilities:
- Implement effective and consistent sales processes to drive performance.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through strategy development, proposal, presentation, and successful closing for IT and Digital services within a defined market.
- Achieve sales goals by building a strong pipeline, generating legitimate contacts in the target market, delivering presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers, running pilots, and finalizing service and production agreements.
- Set sales objectives based on accurate forecasting.
- Manage and nurture major and high-priority customer accounts, coordinating account management support as needed.
- Negotiate all terms of contractual agreements, including conditions, duration, and pricing.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships at the C-suite level while understanding and aligning with the corporate culture of prospective customers.
- Continuously build and maintain strong rapport and relationships with clients.
- Oversee post-sale account management to ensure customer satisfaction, track delivery against work orders, and identify opportunities for expansion based on evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with the Technical Solution Pre-sales team and Delivery team to prepare tailored quotations and proposals to meet client requirements.
- Work closely with Operations and Delivery Teams, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure smooth service delivery and effective account management.
- Ensure all sales documentation is properly handled and produced in strict compliance with company policies and processes.
- Research and monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Track the progress of all inquiries and provide monthly progress reports as directed by the sales manager.

- Strong telephone etiquette and face-to-face communication skills are essential.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant sales experience
- Must possess at least GCE O / A / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
